Founder Dave Solors trained in CNC equipment programming with CMS Industries in Italy and brought that knowledge to the United States.
We operate three, four, and five-axis CNC models right at our facility in Elk River, Minnesota. Using CAD/CAM software, our technicians will seamlessly handle your project from prototype development to full production runs.
Solors will work with your material, no matter the size or geometry, and create custom fixturing techniques to hold the product. Our machining centers can approach work pieces at various angles with high speed, accuracy, and repeatability.
The CMS NC-PF-102-3ATC CNC Router is a four-axis machine with two 60”x 60” tables that can work independently or tied together as a 60” x 120” table. This machine also has three spindle heads, each with an 8 position tool changer, to machine three identical parts at once.
The CMS NC PK 3616 Tucu CNC Router is a five-axis machine with a 48” x 144” table and 8 position tool changer.
The CMS Ares 3618-PX5 CNC Router is a five-axis machine with a 54” x 144” table and 16 position tool changer.
The CMS Ares 4818-PX5 CNC Router has a 60” x 192” table with a 16 position tool changer.
The Andi Model Stratos/Sup CNC Router has a 60” x 120” table with an 8 position tool changer. This machine includes a side drill block with three-axis capabilities.
The Bacci Master 7-Axis CNC Router is a five-axis machine with two 48” x 54” tables that can work independently or tied together to work as one 48” x 108” table. This machine has an 18 position tool changer.
